Returns are accepted on saleable, unopened, unmarked, unused products with the original receipt, packing slip, or invoices. Other Damaged Products Under 180days (6 months) Can be Returned if Not sold, or Broken/Damaged Goods.

All returns will be accepted, refunds or Store Credit will be given, regardless of the reason on any product under 180 days from the date of the original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Any Product that is Opened and and used over 50% of the product and The Of Consumer decided that it's not working the or them, they can only receive Product Credit, towards another Naturally Calm, or Zxroxx Klean Credit.

RETURN METHOD

Returns by Mail

To return a product by mail to Naturally Calm or Zxroxx Klean please contact Customer Care at 1-331.257.2500 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (“RGA”). For Commercial Wholesale Outlets and/Field Agents to be entitled to receive credit for either resalable or damaged products returned by mail, the Customer must receive an RGA (Return Authorization Number) prior to mailing product back to Naturally Calm,and/or Zxroxx Klean LLC . The refund will be credited once the return has been processed and Received, RGAs are not required to return purchases from Unauthorized Field Agents, All Field Agents Must have an Account.

Returns to Naturally Calm and/ Zxroxx Klean

Purchases made in an Approved Commercial Wholesale Outlets and/or Field Agent may be returned to Naturally Calm and/or Zxroxx Klean Customer Service. However, the returns That was used Over 50% of the product , the Consumer Must be given Credit to the From Store Outlet an IN RETURN , Naturally Calm will Credit or Refund it's Outlet Location and) or Agent Towards any Open or Closed Purchase Orders/ New Orders/ or By Check . The Return must include the original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. The of online orders, the refund will be credited once the return has Arrived

Refunds For Cash Purchases, Naturally Calm and/or Zxroxx Klean will Refund by Check or Debit/Credit Card via Invoice from the Store Outlet/ or Cash App.

Purchases in the form of Checks, Cashier's Check, or Credit Card Purchases from The Outlet Store, 

Refunds For Credit Card purchases will be Reversed back onto the Credit card Paid From.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following types of product are not accepted for return:

Non Approved Field Agents, That did Not Purchase Directly from Naturally Calm and/or Zxroxx Klean LLC 

Products Returned Used More than over 50% Product Consumption. (Only Store Credits for any other Products from Naturally Calm and/or Zxroxx Klean) If the Store Reimburse the Consumer, Naturally Calm with Credit the Store Outlet Using any one of the Refundable Methods Above, that Apply.

WARRANTY 

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Naturally Calm LLC, Manufacturer warranty claim (All Naturally Calm LLC Products.) may be submitted for replacement of the defective product within Three Hundred and Sixty Five Days(365) days of the date on the original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. 

Zxroxx Klean LLC, Manufacturer Warranty Claim

(All Zxroxx Klean LLC Products.) may be submitted for replacement of the defective product within Three Hundred and Sixty Five Days(365) days of the date on the original receipt, packing slip, or invoice.
